Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We offer FREE standard shipping within the UAE from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We do not deliver outside the UAE at this time, but will be launching international delivery soon.

Orders received on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive your order and payment confirmation by email, within 24h after placing your order.  

Orders do not ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 2-3 days after placing your order for delivery.

For all products that are out of stock, you can pre-order the jewellery and allow 10-15 business days from the order date to get notified when it becomes available. It will then be scheduled for delivery within 2-3 days.

We will send you an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been processed. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise. Each product has its own lead-time.

We will also call or email you for your preferred day and time of delivery, so keep your phone handy once you've placed the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

​We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, all certificates and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@oralisjewels.com.
Once the jewellery item is received by us and inspected as per the guidelines mentioned above, the return or exchange process will be initiated and you will be notified of it. Please allow a time frame of up to 3 days to complete the process.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please check your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or have received the wrong item, so that we can inspect, evaluate and replace, if needed.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Earrings cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.

EXCHANGES

We have a 14 day exchange policy. To ensure an exchange, please make sure the jewellery is unworn or unused, has it's original tags, and in it's original packaging.

Also make sure, the chosen jewellery is either of the same or of higher value compared to the jewellery you wish to exchange. If not, please get in touch with us on info@oralisjewels.com

Once you've confirmed your exchange, please allow 2-3 days for collection and delivery of your order.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Secure Payments

You can pay for your order on our website by Visa or Mastercard. All our online payments are secured by the 3D secure system. To pay via Cash On Delivery, please note that you will be charged an additional AED 25.

We will soon be introducing a way to split your payment into 4 via your Tabby Membership so you can continue enjoying your shopping experience.
