Warranty Policy

Each piece of ORALIS jewellery is manufactured to the industry's highest standards by a team of skilled craftsmen.

We offer a 1 year repair or replacement warranty from date of purchase to protect against manufacturer defects. This does not cover damage incurred due to mistreatment, or to normal wear and tear.

This applies only to items purchased from the ORALIS online store. Please keep your purchase receipts handy at the time of consultation.

Handle your ORALIS jewellery like you would any fine jewellery. We encourage you to wear your jewellery as often as you want, with ease of mind, but to keep it looking as new as the day you purchased it, please keep away from harmful chemicals and environmental impact.
